One Direction Wanted to Abandon Concert in Peru After Shocking Incident

 

Last Sunday night, during One Direction’s second show of their world tour, the boyband stopped performing and warned the crowd they would be forced to walk off stage if the fans wouldn't stop pushing forward.  47 concert-goers suffered various injuries and required medical attention. It's not clear how serious the injuries are but local reports in Lima, Peru, say some fans are still being treated with symptoms of asphyxia. Niall Horan was the one who came forward and talked to the fans: "If you don't want anyone to take us off the stage, make sure you stay back. Or we’ll have to go – and we don’t want to go."
